Jason was an absolute delight! He is knowledgeable about not only his trade but also the local area. Our apartment flooded and completely soaked our favorite area rug. He went above and beyond to make sure to not only clean it, but also to return it to us in between the rain storms so that no more water would get on it. He is friendly and professional, and even gave us some advice for how to save our rug from further damage. Definitely recommending him to everyone I know!

First Choice Carpet Cleaning is one of the best carpet cleaning companies that I have ever seen. They are reliable, professional, and very good at their job. Jason, the owner, was very kind to us. We spilled coffee on the carpet in between our yearly cleanings. I tried everything to get the stain out. I blotted, agitated, used a carpet shampooer, tried Dawn dish soap, applied Folex, etc. I followed all the internet directions to get the stain out, but nothing would work. I called Jason and asked if he could help us. He, luckily, was working at a house nearby and said that he would come and treat the stain for free. He got the stain out on the first try and our carpet was saved! We have used First Choice for carpet stretching, mending, and cleaning. Their abilities are unmatched!
