I needed both of my commercial units serviced and evaluated at Signs Now The Woodlands and Hope arranged their tech, Richard, to contact me the same day I talked to her to set an appointment to come out. He did a great job on communicating and confirming since we were working around thunderstorms. The service he provided was OUTSTANDING. He did full evaluations but also educated me on the conditions of the units, how they function, what to be aware of in the future, and tips on energy efficiency. I cannot say enough great things about Air Woodlands!
Scott came out to our home this morning around 10:30 AM and had the issue diagnosed within about 15 minutes. He quickly identified that our condenser fan motor had failed and explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms without any confusing technical jargon.
What impressed us most was how fast and efficient the service was. Scott got right to work, completed the repair, and had our AC back up and cooling the house in no time. The entire visit was completed by approximately 11:20 AM—less than an hour from arrival to departure!
