We have used wolf creek air for years, very trustworthy and reliable. Never had and issue with the company and over the years had some mechanical issues at NO fault to the company, Wolf Creek has always stood by their products and craftsmanship. I have read the some of the previous comments and sounds like people have gotten butt hurt,instead of writing a bad review on a local business try communicating first and probably loose the im better than you attitude, most people give the attitude they get. I guarantee Wolf Creek will make things right and their personnel are all top notch. seems some of these keyboard warriors are just out to ruin a buisness and reputation because the are just a mean miserable person. I was referred to Brightside Electric by our neighbor. It’s Sunday and having issues with a dryer we purchased yesterday. Wrong plug and then no power at the wall receptacle. Justin was not able to come by today but he was a Godsend. He said if I was willing to try it; he would walk me through checking everything and getting it diagnosed. Well he had lots of patience with me because I do not like electrical whatsoever. Well, after a few hours of calling back and forth; he got my issues figured out. I just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I will refer him to anyone and everyone. Again, thank you so much and have a blessed time at camp this week.

Great little hidden gem 💎 located right in the heart of coldspring
So it’s the Friday before the Memorial Day weekend and we have a toilet seal problem that’s scheduled to be fixed. Guy they send out comes up with a number of excuses why it can’t get done, communication wires get crossed, and one could make a case for either side had it not gotten completed. Last minute reprieve and the master plumber swooped in and got it done in under 30 minutes. Lessons were learned and thank god, a toilet is back in business.

Where do I start? Blown radiator hose from a bad idler pulley on my 1997 Ford Powerstroke diesel, countless repairs on my Club Car side by side with Kawasaki motor, complete rear hub assembly replacement on my Land Rover, multiple blown tires off the wheel on my John Deere diesel tractor; and that is just the urgent issues! He has made many other repairs that were not so urgent on my 2 old Jeeps, my trailers, that same Ford pickup, my boat with outboard motor, and he is just a genuinely good guy. I read some of the bad reviews and those people are clearly mistaken. Derek would never take your money and run, and most of the time he doesn't even charge you for what he should. If there is gray area, he ALWAYS gives the customer the better deal. He is always fair, upfront, and honest. Some of these folks leaving these weird reviews just may not understand mobile mechanic work. I am not a mechanic myself, but I am from a long line of mechanics in my family, and they all agree that the prices I get from Derek are fair and the work he does is solid. I have been a customer since 2023 and probably had him out to my property 15+ times for various mechanical issues, and I have NEVER had a bad experience.
