I went in and the technician The Nail Tech immediately sat me down and started working on my nails. I received a fill with gel polish. The nail tech was very meticulous and I appreciate her attention to detail. I am happy with the result. The shop itself is dated, the decor is dated and needs a refresh.
I normally never have a wait here. I’ve been here a ton of times. The stylist I went to last time was what prompted me to write a review. I didn’t catch her name but she works at the second table on the left when you come in the door. She was amazing and fast. Did exactly what I wanted. She made my nails look amazing. I got an overlay with black base and chrome. I can’t have fake nails because of my job and she made me fall in love with the short nails.
I walked in to have someone put a drop of glue or whatever they use when your nail splits into the bed of the nail they were quite busy and I was asked to wait, obviously. I waited for about 15 minutes for someone to help me and then when the lady I spoke with was finished with her current client she took her next appointment without helping me at all and said she has an appointment and walked off. It would have only taken a minute or two to help me and they would have had a new client in me. I left after she blew me off and went elsewhere to get the help I needed. It took the other nail place less than about 4 minutes to help me.
