We’ve had a wonderful experience at Crow Therapy in Cleveland. Every time we arrive—even when we’re early—the front office staff, especially Lupe and Hanniyah, go out of their way to be kind and welcoming to my son. They take the time to talk with him, listen to him, and even entertain him, which really helps him feel comfortable and excited to be there.
Kayleigh, his speech therapist, has been absolutely amazing. She is always so sweet, patient, and encouraging with him. It’s clear she truly cares about her work and the kids she helps, and that makes a huge difference for our family.

Love this place! They have helped my little sister so much since we've started here. Big shout out to Lupe and Hanniyah for an amazing front office experience!!! And shout out to Kayleigh for her exceptional work helping us communicate with my sister. Very nice, thoughtful, and full of care is the only feelings you get when you come in!
