Lucas was very knowledgeable, kind and not pushy when he came for the sales call. The crew that showed up to replace the windows were all very polite and respectful. They also did a dog door in my living room through the brick wall and it is amazing as well!!!
We had 19 windows installed in our home. The sales rep was understanding and very patient and never pushed to get the sale. The install team were very profesional and knew exactly what they were doing.. the install went better than planned or expected. I am an investor and have many home buyers who flip houses. I have made sure that they all know about your company.Very good experience and i Wil be a return customeer
This company is amazing! I had to replace the siding on my house and replacing the windows was not something I felt like I could afford to do at the time. Once they took the siding off, the contractor said I had no choice but to replace the windows. My siding was already off and the other contractors I called said it would take over a month at least to get the windows. I was in a bind. I called Lucas Rockey (who I had previously met through 4H) and he was immediately on the job! They were out measuring the old windows that afternoon, they put the order in the next day (my windows were an odd size) for the new windows and contacted the manufacturers to get the windows...read full review
