Holy moly I can’t say enough about the wonderful people at this company. We were impacted by the severe storms on March 2, 2023. I’m a first time home-owner and I was a nervous wreck about my roof leaking with a kiddo in the house. I left a message for DBR right after I noticed the leaks. They had folks on my roof the next afternoon tarping.Miss Candi is the sweetest, most patient lady ever and I know I probably drove her nuts! Haha. We had an astronomical deductible and they were so patient and flexible with us. Eternally grateful for folks like Kim, Candi and AJ for being so kind to my family. Absolutely a 1st class place to do business with. Cal Rasch and AJ Marshall were both outstanding Project Managers that came out said that I needed a new roof and needed to contact my home owner insurance for them to send out and inspector to inspect our roof. Cal and AJ were with me from start to finish. Workers showed up early and flat out blew me away with their speed and craftsmanship. Had me all done by the end of the day. The new roof looks great and the crew was fast and professional. The representative was thorough and very helpful. I am very pleased with how it helped the looks of my house.
