I couldn't get the other dealer to call me back so I called Hewlett Office Systems and Justin, the owner, answered the phone. I told him my problems and had decided I wanted another computer. Justin was very helpful - it was obvious that he believes in customer service. The following morning I took my bad computer to him and by mid-afternoon he called and said they had cloned my old computer and loaded everything on the new one and it was ready to go. WOW! Who does business that fast anymore?? I went and picked it up and it works perfectly - plus I immediately noticed that it operates considerably faster than my old one.
