First visit for me and my daughter. Initial feeling was welcoming. Arrived early for 10:30 appt. Taia promptly took care of my 10 yo's tangles. She was patient and precise, asking our opinion along the way. She then gave me a root touch-up & haircut. Best money ever spent! Go see Taia!

Within 5 minutes after arrival, I was sitting on a chair getting a haircut. The stylist, Clairerice cut my hair as I requested. I even received a Senior discount adding value to a professional haircut.

Place was clean enough...hairdresser did not cut the hairstyle requested. Made it easier for her by telling her leave this long and this short, but to no avail. Very sad..tears were shed sprinkled with anger.
