The service team is equally impressive. The mechanics are knowledgeable, experienced, and know their way around diagnosing and repairing vehicles. I’ve always felt confident that my vehicle was being properly cared for and that recommendations were honest and well-explained.
If I could give a million star review, I would. We had an Emergency and Jordan was very understanding and helpful in our situation, doing absolutely everything he could to help us. They even waited for the tow truck to arrive after closing time on a Saturday to help us replace our tire to drive several hours back home. We are so grateful for him and for our tech Edgar, they're the real MVPS!!! Helping us replace the tire and answering the questions that we had to ensure that we were safe to drive. I booked an alignment days before at a different Firestone location and arrived on time just to wait half an hour and be told their tools are locked and they can’t do it. After being told the same thing on 2 different days by that other shop, I decided to call this location, which is way busier and they were able to get me in almost immediately. They got the car aligned with no issues and no bs story like the other store. This location is top notch. The person who helped me was very friendly and accommodating.
