I am revising my initial review based on the total service I received. Very warm and welcoming. My vehicle was ready and washed when I arrived to drop off the complimentary loaner I received while they performed the service needed on my vehicle. Could not have gone any smoother than it did. It's funny because I had just seen a commercial about Sewell Mercedes Benz treating you like family. It is a very true statement. Everyone there is very pleasant and eager to help you. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Even though I live out of town, Sewell is worth the drive and they are now MY service center.
