Came in to purchase a vehicle yesterday and had a fairly smooth experience with Chris Sanchez. I’m happy with my new car! My only constructive criticism would be for Mercedes Benz of Selma to accept wire transfers (as they’ve done in the past), rather than inconvenience the customer with requesting a cashiers check.
I am happy to recommend Mercedes of Selma! I went to two other dealerships and found the salesmen to be arrogant and cocky. They tried to sell me what I didn’t want. They also never even followed up with a phone call. The Selma dealership was the complete opposite! The salesman I had was Chris Sanchez. He was humble, helpful and very accommodating. He made sure I was happy with my choice, which I was! He made himself available for any questions I had at any time. He also checked in AFTER the sale was made. He is a very nice and not at all pushy.
