Unfortunately, the review I received was for the team as a whole, and my overall experience wasn't the best. However, one individual truly stood out: Nicole.
From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, Nicole was incredibly helpful and made the process much easier. She kept me informed every step of the way with timely updates and clear communication. Her professionalism and attentiveness were exactly what I had hoped for throughout the repair process.
While my overall experience with the repair process left room for improvement, Nicole's outstanding customer service made a significant difference, and I wanted to make sure her efforts were recognized.
Overall, Caliber did high quality work and kept me well informed while they were working on my car. Due to a minor accident I needed two new doors on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. USAA sent me here and I worked with Randall throughout the repair. Randall was very professional and explained everything clearly during the walk around, with a very realistic expectation set for when my repair would be complete. He answered all of my questions and kept me well informed throughout the weeks my car was in the shop. Caliber completed the work early and the car looked fantastic. Thank you! I really appreciate the care and time that this shop takes. Insurance claims are never fun but they made it easy. Ray was great at listening to my concerns. The front desk person was courteous and friendly.
