“The front desk was friendly and accommodating and Dr, Thompson was friendly, he listened and was wonderful with my dog. He sat on the floor with her for most of her exam and she loved him. Dogs are great judges of character. He and the tech who helped (I didn't get his name), were judged A-OK.“

We were at a loss on how to proceed with a realisticly affordable treatment plan faced with our only options which appeared to be to put him down or watch him deteriorate on a daily basis. “I’ve been going to Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital since Dr Reno took over the practice about 10 years ago. Dr Reno has cared for our English and French Bulldogs and given them outstanding care. Our little Frenchie has an on-going medical issue which has been very challenging to diagnose, manage and care for but Dr Reno has been tireless in her pursuit to help her and to offer treatment options. Dr Reno is very knowledgeable, spends as much time as you’d like explaining what’s going on with your pet and truly cares for your pet. Het office staff is friendly and helpful, particularly Rachel. I can not recommend her more. Five stars!“

“Love Dr Kim and his staff! I came from Banfield where the wait was an hour long and so chaotic. His practice is calm and quiet and I've never had to wait more than 10 min for him to attend to all my dogs. He's so gentle and sweet with them. My dogs have a lot of anxiety at the vets but over the past year of doing to Dr. Kim, they are much more relaxed and less stressed. He takes his time to be thorough about diagnosing and takes into account the dog's temperament when prescribing meds, ie injectable antibiotics bc one of my dogs is crazy and won't take pills.“

“The whole staff showed attentiveness, professionalism and compassion to our beloved dog when he was brought in for an emergency visit. He unfortunately passed away not soon after. I could tell they truly tried everything they could for our boy in the short time he had left. The staff made sure he was made comfortable and was given loving care right up until the end. He was treated with dignity after he passed.Thank you Dr. Pierotti and staff for all the effort and care you gave to Achilles and for making his final hours be filled with such love. “They have taken great care of my doxies. We came from CA a year ago so getting good vet care was a priority..They also do grooming there and have a small dog kennel, it works great for us since our dogs were rescues and we didn't want them to traumatized.“
