Based on the reviews, Walmart Vision Center provides fantastic service with very friendly and helpful staff. The team is professional, kind, and polite, making the whole process easy, painless, and even kind of fun. They are patient and know their stuff, taking the time to make sure glasses fit perfectly. The staff kept a customer updated when frames were out of stock, cheered them on through indecision, and eventually got the dream frames in. For adjustments, they were wonderful, getting to it on the spot so glasses fit perfect. Customers had a great experience leaving very happy with their glasses and the whole experience. The service is described as fantastic, with staff helping get lens and frames set up without a hitch. Highly recommended, with five stars and two thumbs up from one very happy, well-framed customer.

I swung by the Walmart Vision Center for my yearly tradition of pretending I know what frames look good on me. The pair I really wanted was out of stock—apparently my impeccable taste is shared by the masses—but the team kept me updated, cheered me on through my indecision, and eventually got my dream frames in.
The staff was so friendly and helpful that I’m convinced they could talk a cat into wearing bifocals. They made the whole process easy, painless, and even kind of fun. Now I’m seeing the world in HD again, and looking stylish while I do it.

Had such a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center on Walton Way today. The kind lady who helped me was amazing — so patient, and she clearly knew her stuff. She took the time to make sure my glasses fit perfectly. It’s rare to find customer service this good. I left really happy with my glasses and the whole experience!
