I needed new RGP contact lenses and took the prescription to this Walmart Vision Center. Louisa, the new manager, went out of her way to help me. She saw that I had ordered the same type of contact lenses through Walmart 6 years ago but she could not find the procedure to order them through Walmart. She checked the log books, called the previous manager to find out how to order them but that manager did not know either. Louisa told me she would find out how to order the contact lenses and then get in touch with me. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Louisa a few hours later telling me contact lenses will be ready to be picked up in a few days!

Walmart Vision & Glasses has a great selection of eyewear. Although I didn’t purchase new glasses today, I stopped by to have a pair that I purchased online from another merchant adjusted. Patricia, the optical assistant, was incredibly helpful and provided the perfect adjustment. My glasses no longer slip down my nose! Thank you for the excellent customer service!!
