PuroClean of Northwest Austin

Zach and his team exceeded our expectations in every way possible!! He made the sacrifice to accommodate a last-minute request to help us out with mold removal ahead of scheduled travel. He is extremely responsive, thorough, honest, reliable, and does incredible work. He helped us in countless ways. He also gave us excellent referrals for the mold assessor as well as an A/C Co, both of which were wonderful companies to work with and accommodated our last-minute requests also. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. We are so appreciative and thankful for the exceptional work that he and his team have done for us. Thank you, PuroClean!!

Zach was amazing, even when our project turned out to be much bigger than anticipated. He was helpful and respectful every step of the way, and the team did a fantastic job taking care of our home, even though their job was to demo quite a bit of it. We always felt our house was in good hands, and we are so grateful!

I worked with Zach from Puroclean and he made sure that I fully understood the remediation process and that it ran smoothly. His team that did the remediation was fantastic, fast, and professional. Not only did they exceed my expectations, they also provided me with a very fair estimate. Zach communicated well throughout the process and always followed through. I highly recommend for remediation.
