I have to say when my wife asked if I would like to try this place out I didn't know what to expect. I can honestly say now I was impressed WAY more than I thought I would be. This place awesome not only did I do the sanua but also tried the cold plunge. After reading around online some I am now seeing all of the mental health benefits from doing both and will be signing up on my wifes plan!!! The space was very tidy with no worries of doing anything they offer and being seen by other people because each space has its own room. I talked with the owners for quite a while and can't express how great they are!! Very, very impressed guys, keep it up 👍

Rodney was absolutely amazing! I had a deep tissue massage with him, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about how talented he is at what he does. He knew exactly where I needed the most work and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout the entire massage.
You can tell Rodney truly knows his craft. He is professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. I left feeling so much better, more relaxed, and like a whole new person. If you are looking for an amazing deep tissue massage, Rodney is the one to book with. I highly, highly recommend him!
Always looking forward to my next visit. Rodney gets me straight all the time. As a plumber, soccer player and weight lifter this has become essential part of my body maintenance to keep me up and running. Definitely recommend 🫡.
