Attention to detail is impressive, and the crew takes pride in their work. They offer same-day service, often within an hour, for repairs like leaking sprinkler zone valves. From initial consultation to project completion, the customer service is excellent, with clear communication and genuine care for customer satisfaction. The team is conscientious, trustworthy, and punctual. Highly recommended for future landscaping needs.
Greg and his crew were excellent. We were scheduled for a bid shortly after our inquiry to have many large shrubs removed and replaced. We got into the schedule within 10 days, the crew was prompt, polite, installed new plants, hauled the debris and tested the irrigation in short order. I highly recommend Heros Lawn Care and will you them in future as needed.
I submitted a request for an estimate early in the morning and within the hour, Ray called me. He offered an explanation, pricing and answered all my questions. We set an appointment.
The same day, he had Bryson come to check on the two zones in our sprinkler system that had suddenly stopped working. Bryson explained what he had done and it was a simple repair.
