I’d say more like 4.5 stars.

One star off ONLY because there were massive system hassles and it took super long…but I was not pressed for time. AND it could have been Humana’s fault.

Czeven helped me get a good deal; they do have some.
Frame selection is not huge, and most brands are higher end but not like Chanel…more like Michael Kors, Emporio Armani, etc.
SOME “lesser” brands though…which I got and I like them.

My husband & i feel so welcomed here every time we both come in. This place is always super clean & spotless! My husband broke his glasses & they gave him temporary ones & got his lenses QUICK! Anyone that has anything negative to say is clearly wrong & entitled. These guys are the BEST and the real deal not a “scam”. I HIGHLY recommend 10/10!!“

“Excellent customer service here every time I came in. My first pair of glasses the lenses were wrong, they offered to fix right away, but I didn't end up liking the glasses anyways, so we just exchanged for a different pair and all is good!“
