I found CRT floor via Costco and I couldn’t be happier. The installation team led by Luis went above and beyond in a couple of ways. 1. The attention to details is great. They spend almost one full day just doing the prep work (pouring concrete and grinding) To make sure sure the slab is completely leveled. 2. They offered to help install baseboards at very reasonable price, and they handled the corners and gaps really well. 3. My general contractor messed up his schedule which led to extra trips for them doing installation, they handled it without extra charge.
