This was an incredible material purchase experience all around, and Mike Warren played huge role in that. It was very easy to choose and order FREE Asamples from their website. Mike gave the extra mile in providing guidance for additional samples to consider after we provided details on what we were looking for, and he was super personable, informative and professional in every interaction. Michael Warram has been fantastic to work with in selecting flooring for our home. We live in another state, and he has made it seamless by shipping free samples, following up, and making recommendations on options.
