At the check in desk, everyone was courteous and helpful .I visited my cardiologist ❤🩹 Doctor Damore -He's the best, very knowledgeable and attentive.
He listens well and answered all my questions. I love this Cedar Park BSW clinic!

Dr. Laura Williams is one of the best Doctor to whom I met. With excellent knowledge in her field. I am well impressed with her ability to understand patients problems. This is my second visit with her. My A1C is always between 8.3 to 8.5. After my first visit in September 2025 she changed my medication and when I had my blood work on December 8th, 2025 my A1C was 7.3. Excellent improvement in my health wise.

I had a great first experience with this clinic, but trying to get a follow up has been difficult. My original appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before it was supposed to happen - after I had left work and taken sick time. Not going to get that back now and the next appointment available is not for almost another month. That is unacceptable to me.
