My daughter has seen Dr. Albert since she was 2 years old, and I was always happy with services received. As the practice grew, it became harder and harder to get appointments with her, so I started scheduling with her PA. We were always pleased with those services as well, until this last year when I was scheduled with a different PA I had never seen before, Kathy Ramirez. Her bedside manner was awful, to say the least. This was a well check visit for my now 17 yo daughter. I absolutely love this clinic. My kids go to Dr.Albert and she is really wonderful.My husband and I go to Dr. Rodriguez and he is awesome. Everyone has been great at this clinic. Very professional but also just nice people. I've never felt rushed or felt like they weren't listening. We have been to sooo many dr.'s offices all over town because we have obamacare and every year we have to change dr.s. I am so sad that Austin Diagnostic Clinic will no longer be taking our insurance next year but will consider switching our insurance provider so we can stay at this clinic.
