They know me here. I had to return several times for various things over the last five years. Does this make me biased? I think not. It makes it patently clear that the team here is a real team that cares about its clients and deserve all the accolades I am about to shower all over their heads. This may not seem that important in the surface, but it is. Maybe they do not want me to say this, but I have witnessed several occasions when some staff members seemed to be having a bad day or what not and I could tell they were truly empathetic to their coworker's plights and sometimes even went into other rooms to be professionally deal with it without affecting their clients...read full review

I I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Rafael Mercado and his entire team. From the moment I arrived, the office staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Lisa at the front desk was professional, friendly, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Monica also did an excellent job communicating with me via text ahead of my appointment, ensuring I had the proper appointment time and all the information I needed.
