I would like to commend Dr. Gutierrez for the excellent care she provided during my recent visit. What stood out most was her ability to truly listen. I came in with several symptoms and concerns, and she took the time to hear me out patiently and thoughtfully.
Rather than offering a quick or routine response, Dr. Gutierrez carefully discussed her thoughts, possible explanations, and treatment options. office and clinic areas always immaculate
* I have had to be out of town due to family illness Care and have phoned in to Dallas to refill prescriptions or ask a question, change an appointment due to my absence etc. This has always been such a valuable part of this medical service provided By Nalia and the rest of the staff. Very important part especially in emergency situations like a family illness or death out of town.
Always a good experience at this office. Dr. Gutierrez is wonderful. She’s kind, understanding and compassionate. She listens and has helpful conversations about your health. She is so up to date with everything . She’s always responsive if you need to get a hold of her for clarifications or questions. Truly a a family doctor!
The office staff, the nurses and the lab tech are also friendly and so helpful.
