I was a little skeptical that they would be able to troubleshoot my custom built gaming PC's issues. Not only was Zach able to find the problem (a short circuit in my case!), but he did it so quickly that he sent me on my way without even charging me!

I can’t say enough good things about Zach and Tech Pros. We have used him over the course of the past five years to help us with our website, software transfer issues, networking, and host of issues. It doesn’t matter what your technical issues are; Zach can handle it. In addition, he is professional, prompt, and always delivers in the timeframe he said he would. No matter what our problem, Zach has always come through with great, friendly service. Highly recommended.

Zach was quick to response to my inquiry about needing to revamp/upgrade my existing whole home WiFi service. He was polite and courteous, and took the time to walk our home and understand the issue we needed solved. Zach provided two solutions for us, and was very flexible with scheduling. The initial option we picked ultimately did not work (we tried it for about two weeks but the WiFi signal was actually worse than before); this wasn't a Zach issue, it was an issue with the hardware.Zach ended up proposing a different solution and came out quickly to remove/replace the faulty equipment.
