Stanton Optical is a growing optical retail center known for making eye care accessible. While some customers have experienced issues with service and delays in receiving glasses, others have praised the friendly and professional staff. One customer highlighted the exceptional support from an employee who resolved their concerns efficiently, leading to a positive outcome. However, another customer faced significant delays in getting their glasses, which resulted in a refund request. Overall, Stanton Optical aims to provide same-day service and has received mixed feedback regarding customer experiences. Despite some challenges, many appreciate the commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality service offered. Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments for same-day eye exams can be made via their website or by phone.
This place was great. I had an emergency and Stanton Optical rose to the occasion and then just kept going. Felicity and Alec were both SO kind and helpful! Their prices are all very clear and fair. I can’t recommend this establishment enough.
Austin is the store manager here and he went way beyond to help me with my sunglasses I had called one of the other locations. It was quoted almost $400. I got my new sunglasses for just under $100. Austin went way beyond his duties to make sure the customer was happy.
Felicity and Austin were amazing! They were able to get me same day glasses, even with my high prescription. The process was quick and easy. I have recommended them to other friends who are in need of glasses or contacts.
