Billy was extremely helpful! He was very professional, patient, and even went extra miles to advise us how to maintain the water heater and how to let hot water circulate faster. He did a very thorough and quality job. Fixed all the plumbing issues, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and sinks. His work was beyond our satisfaction and exceeded our expectations. He also wore the shoe covers whenever in the house and took them off whenever stepped out, which was very considerate and respectful. Honestly, he has been the best plumber we have ever had! Travis was as good as it gets on time and very professional! Had two previous technicians from Heritage Air who refused to do what we asked and just clear the drain lines.
