Kim is kind and patient with our dog,as she can be quite moody to say the least. She is a kind and patient to me as a helicopter dog mom. I will always take Sophie to her for a bath and groom.

Our groomer closed unexpectedly and we are so glad we found this new place! Our dogs came back SO cute and they were phenomenal at communicating with us through the entire process. The owner and team were all very welcoming and made us feel like we’ve been customers for years. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quality groomer in the Carrollton area.
We recently adopted Jazzy and Dexter, bonded adult Schipperkes. Although we owned a Schipperke before, we didn’t realize the difference between training a puppy vs an adult dog. Thank goodness we found K-9 Culture! It’s an amazing facility and we were so lucky to have trainers Melissa and Delaney. They trained the two doggies AND the two humans with such kindness and patience. Dexter and Jazzy love them so much and we look forward to continuing our work in group training. They have come so far and are integrating so well into our home.
We felt so comfortable having Dexter and Jazzy there that we are boarding them.
