We bought our house in 1989. It was a brand new one-story 3-2-2 brick ranch, a little less than 1500 sq ft. It had never been lived in. The neighborhood and town is great, but only a year later we started noticing cracks in the brick fascade and doors were hard to close. Over the years we had it worked on by four different foundation companies. All of them failed. It was piered with Cable Lok in 1998. This was supposed to “fix it for good” as the TV ad claims. They pushed 34 concrete cylinders into the perimeter soil under the exterior footings. Lifetime warranty they said. Right… The house continued to move. IFIX did a great job in our foundation replacement. Jorge was very knowledgeable and experienced. They were upfront and transparent on what needed to be fixed. We were very impressed with how quickly they replaced the foundation and how neat the crew kept the space as they work.
