Hired them to install laminated wood floor on a 400 sqft area in October. After less than 30 days of installation, several board are lifted. Couldn't get a hold of Jacob, business owner, until my contractor who referred him called Jacob. He blamed my dogs for the floor issue (my dogs didn't have an accident in the house) and promised to come over to fix it. He never showed up and didn't respond afterward.
