Oncor terminated the power supply once power leak is found at the external electric panel and suggested me to call Milestone for immediate service. I called Milestone and they came for a service check with fee and suggested a very expensive repair plan. I called Vince again and explained the situation, Vince came out the next day have internal and external electric panel replaced, with a reasonable price and excellent service. They were out of bigger capacity circuit breaker at the time of installation, and they came back in March to have that particular circuit breaker instated when they have stock.
