Palo Duro Animal Hospital is a friendly and welcoming clinic for pets, as praised by a landscaper. They offer emergency services, and are commended for their quick response and care. The hospital has two skilled doctors, with Dr. Kirkland and her nurse specifically mentioned for their compassion and patience during difficult times. The staff is described as great, and the clinic is highly recommended for all veterinary needs. The team is known for their professional and hometown service, providing kind and compassionate care that has kept pets healthy for over a decade. They are also appreciated for keeping services affordable, which helps pet owners provide necessary and preventive care for their furry friends. The staff and doctors are patient and gentle, often going the extra mile to make pets comfortable, even when they are timid or flighty.
We recently switched to Palo Duro Animal Hospital from an Amarillo vet clinic out of frustration. It turned out our sweet English Springer Spaniel was a very sick little guy. So much thanks to Dr. Smith and the entire PDAH kindhearted and professional staff. Dr. Smith has done a terrific job of tenaciously finding out what our little guy was suffering from and not leaving any stone unturned. We are forever grateful for the time and energy that has been put into healing our sweet Nilsson. If you want a caring clinic and Veterinarian, this needs to be your destination! ❤

I recently needed to take one of our cats for an urgent situation. PD Animal Hospital made room for me to drop him off. While in their care, he was well taken care of and the issue was resolved quickly. I appreciate the kindness that was exhibited by all the staff and the care and urgency they applied to our case.
