All the staff and Dr. Smith were so patient and kind with Swayde, he tends to get a little timid and flighty and was not this way at all with them. Dr. Smith got down in the floor with him and put him at ease before she ever got started examining him. Will be using you guys from here on out for all my pet care needs!
