Dr. Alexander is always very caring and kind. The front desk and nurses are very kind and considerate also. I feel well cared for. The lab nurses are also very helpful, gentle and kind.
Had a short wait so they had me get some lab work.Got into see Amanda Goodson she was very patient and listened to what I had to say. Refilled a prescription I needed and sent me back to the lab for some different lab work. It was a good session. The people in the lab were great also.
The doctor was great, but Humana sucks! Never know if Humana is going to sign with my doctor, hospital or not! The insurance companies are not good for the people anymore! It is not right!!! Something needs to change!!
