Excellent service is a guarantee when you use D-N-D every single time. They never fail to answer the call and always resolved the issue with my Generac generator within a week or sooner. Colton is consciousness and knowledgeable and no matter how hot or cold it is outside he’s always pleasant. They had to order a part that was going to take a week to arrive and told me to call if there was an outage no matter what time it was and they would talk me through how to manually start it. That says a lot about a company and their employees.

Chaz the AC tech was great. Honest about the expense, how fast parts should arrive, and when the the work would be complete. Had an AC blower motor fail (honored under warranty) late Tuesday, Chaz arrived Wednesday morning, parts ordered and everything fixed Thursday. AND Chaz made a return visit shortly after repair to unclog a AC drain, that wasn’t his fault, to make sure the repair was working as expected.
John was a money saver for us, saving several hundred dollars by doing the work rather than an electrical expense which he was able to do as well with lower expense. I was especially pleased to learn that he will be able to service my unit on my next home in the future in Ft Worth. It was a very positive experience!
