Dropped stars from 5 to 2 for rude front office. Canceled my follow up appointment and won’t be going backHad a surgical procedure done and it went south due to us not knowing the size, everyone from the nurse to the doctor was so sweet and totally supportive and kept me up to what was happening! I was immediately put at ease and we laughed and cut up . Hopefully I won’t need them again after the stitches come out but if I do these wonderful people are my go to from now on!Office folks are so nice and helpful.Thank you for all the wonderful support and encouragement ?

While I do like the doctor, the office staff is so rude and it's very difficult to get ahold of anyone to make appointments. When you call, they act like it's an inconvenience to answer the phone, if you can even get anyone to talk to you after being left on hold for 20mins.

When I tell you that Dr. Ryan Pham is cool as heck I mean it. Such a friendly doc and amazing bed side manner. I had a cyst removed from my scalp which is already pretty scary and he completely made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend for any dermatology needs.
