I moved here about a year ago and I am not familiar with a septic aerobic system. I called on a Sunday to schedule a routine maintenance septic pump out for Monday since it has been a year since it was pumped. They answered the phone and arrived at my house Monday afternoon. The tech walked me through how the aerobic system works and what to look for in each of the 3 tanks. Once the cleaning was complete, they came back out a few days later to prime my pump once the tanks had enough water in them to run the spray heads. I know how to perform maintenance on the system now (aerator, pump, tablet’s, and spray heads) and understand what to look for. Great overall experience...read full review
Can't recommend Burleson Septic highly enough. When our aerator went out over the Memorial Day Holiday, I thought we were up that particular creek, literally. I called Burleson Septic, and not only did they answer the phone, but they came out that day and replaced my aerator on the spot. Turns out I also needed a cleaning and a new diffuser, which they handled the following week. Everyone I dealt with at Burleson Septic was courteous and professional. My previous experience with other septic companies in this area left me wary, but Burleson delivered. They're #1 for a reason.
