Husband, son, daughter and I have been going to Stephanie for several years since our NP in Lumberton retired. She listens and hears what you are saying. They follow up on referrals as well! We have never been dismissed as some other healthcare providers have done to us in the past. Her staff is kind and helpful. You don't have those hour+ wait times in her waiting room. If someone in my household comes down ill and needs to be seen. The ladies have always gotten us in that day or if I call in the late afternoon, the next morning. (Google is showing wrong location. I have been coming here since moving to this area based on recommendations from good friends. I have found the staff here to be very friendly and professional. Upon arriving you check in at the front desk then have a seat in the spacious waiting room. On being called back you will be greeted by one of the three friendly nurses to get your weight, check your blood pressure, check your pulse and temp, and gather your information together for your visit! Stephanie is a Nurse Practitioner and is very thorough at examinations and very good at diagnosing your ailments. She can do anything doctors can do and it's very good at it. I had an appointment for early Friday morning for allergies and sinus drainage. I signed in and was promptly taken back and had my weight and blood pressure checked by one of the two nurses that work at the clinic. Immediately afterwards the Nurse practitioner came in and thoroughly examined me, checking my ears, throat, and listening to my breathing. She asked if I had any fever or headaches to go along with my other symptoms which I wasn't having any. She said she would send in prescriptions to the pharmacy we use locally to get me on the road to getting my sinuses dried up and clear up some chest congestion I also had!
