the front office staff was curt this office visit. No one advised me the hygienist I have had for the last several years had left. I like the dentist but this new inexperienced hygienist -that I wasn’t expecting - While she was extremely nice, she did not give me as thorough cleaning as would be expected. In and out of her chair on 13 minutes!!!! And to add insult to injury the office charged me $30 more than my last cleaning in March 2025. Not happy to say the least.

Walked in due to major tooth pain. They were able to get me in due to a cancellation. Everyone was kind and courteous. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the price of my upcoming treatment. Otherwise great place and very helpful.

During extractions Dr. V. Stuck the needle in my lip. Another injection sent pain thru my ear which he said was normal. To which I stuck it out because accidents happen right.
After injections in my mouth Dr. V. Goes to assist 2/3 other patients before returning 30 minutes later. 4 days later I return due to pain getting worse after extractions.
Dr. V. Said there’s infection and dry socket I asked why was I not prescribed antibiotics.
Dr. V. “We don’t have to.”
Dr. V. Failed to mention the piece of bone stuck in the socket. Which was discovered by another dentist across the street and removed which made pain vanish. New dentist then went on to state there were no signs of infection and prescribed antibiotics to be on the safe side.
I understand many have great experiences with this practice I however did not, and personally would not recommend.
Why did I wait to return? Extractions Thursday, office is closed Friday-Sunday.

Every time I go for a teeth cleaning there, I wait at least 15 minutes after my appointment time. Cleaning technicians are great, but there's simply no excuse. After 3 years of using them, they have never been on time. In fact, I was sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes today because they forgot about me....again! Their response "Sorry". It's so frustrating.
