I’m never able to schedule a massage more than a day out due to work, so I usually have to settle for cheap massages, but Dena got deep down into those knots, and still kept it relaxing and soothing. “I have to say I am beyond satisfied and happy with the service I recently received. I hurt my back deadlifting and I was hesitant for treatment because of the pain I was in. Nikki was amazing and she was so gentle and understanding of my injury. She took her time and explained everything she was doing. I have a fear of needles but was desperate of some relief and Nikki treated me with care and I did not feel a thing. I am definitely a fan of acupuncture and the fire cupping! I had instant relief with my pain that day and I was able to stand up straighter and tolerate working on my feet all day with my job in the military. “The best spa experience I’ve had maybe ever!My sister came to town and wanted to do a spa day and I knew I wanted to go to a resort spa, where we could spend the day and use the amenities too. This place fit the bill and it was so easy to set up appointments. The staff were so friendly on the phone and in person.I’m a dentist so I have back and neck pain and whenever I do, I usually get a massage to get relief and for relaxation too.We booked 50 minute deep tissue massages with arnica muscle repair and muscle melter enhancements. Our appointments were at noon but we got to JW Marriott at 815 to do the Cibolo moon brunch buffet. Then we got to the spa at 9 for opening and were able to enjoy to stress and skin teas, aromatherapy room, sauna, indoor spa, outdoor spa and heated pools with pretty much complete privacy! Our massage therapists were Monica and Kristina/Kristin? and both were amazing!I told Kristina I have back and neck pain and hold tension in my head and neck and would like main focus to be on those areas. She did amazing! Early on in the massage I requested if she could ease up on the pressure because sometimes it’s a little painful for me since I’m a baby with that. She understood and from there the pressure was perfect and I enjoyed and relaxed SO much! She even gave me the extra arnica to put on sore muscles after the massage. Will probably request her again next time.Definitely come here, you won’t regret it! We were so relaxed and happy. Couldn’t have asked for a better spa day!“
