Tiffany Smith was able to formulate a plan with a very effective mixture of diet, supplements, and an herbal tincture. I was able to get off of my allergy prescriptions and over the counter medicines in one month! What a relief! I highly recommend their services.

The spa here is amazing. I used to think of massage as a luxury but as I've gotten older, I've discovered the benefits of massage as therapy. I've tried so many massage therapists in my search for healing, and Angela is the best. She really listens to your needs and cares about your experience. The infared sauna, the essential oils and even the tea in the lobby - it all adds up to a relaxing, healing visit. Still luxurious, but also just really necessary.
I just had my first massage at Zoi Well Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine and Angela was AMAZING! Before i went in I was having pain in my shoulder and when I walked out it had subsided. Plus they have this cozy little space where you can put your feet on warm salt stones and sip some teas. Looking forward to going back!!!
