Absolutely exceeded expectations. From the first call to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely detail-oriented. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and handled everything with a high level of care and expertise.
What really stood out was their ability to make a very stressful situation feel manageable. They were organized, efficient, and truly took pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company that combines great communication with top-tier execution, but they nailed both. Thank y’all!

Trey Baumann with WB Aurther was fantastic to work with. When a friend from church had a leaking refrigerator water line that damaged their sheetrock, I immediately recommended Trey. His team responded quickly, handled the repairs efficiently, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

I had a plumbing issue and contacted W B Arthur to see if I needed water remediation services. Eric and Ethan came right over and conducted a thorough survey inspection. They reassured me that there was no water damage and no services were needed. They did spray some anti-microbial spray at my request (just to ease any anxiety I had) and didn’t even charge me. Wow!! No upsell, completely honest, and extremely competent, professional, and responsive. I highly recommend!!
