Rooted Family Health, LLC is a Direct Primary Care practice that aims to get back to the roots of healthcare. The membership model removes the barriers of corporate bureaucracy and insurance companies. Dr. Chris Imperial has been practicing family medicine since 2001. He is always gentle in manner, but super sharp and focused in diagnosing and treating health problems. Patients love the business model. Dr. Imperial and his staff are very personable and provide a very comfortable office experience. The office is convenient to contact and always responds to calls very timely. Dr. Imperial treats patients on a personal level by being committed to caring for overall wellness instead of just treating symptoms. The care is excellent and a much more pleasant experience than most medical offices. It is clean and homey, easy to get in on short notice, with friendly staff. Dr. Imperial has a calm demeanor and kind bedside manner.
I absolutely love Rooted in Family Health! Dr. Imperial has been my doctor since I was a child and now he is caring for my little one. I couldn’t be more thankful for him and his team and the great work they are doing! I will continue to rave about this type of healthcare and how they truly make you feel important and heard.
