I have use Tom twice-once to fix a complete windows 11 update crash and then a hardware crash on the same desktop. At the present time I am planning for him to work on my wife's dead desktop.

We have had several visits from HAILaGEEK, and each time, found their expertise to be heads above other providers in our area. They have provided fixes to complex problems and suggested enhancements that have made our online experiences more enjoyable.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I’d love to try not to use other companies as bad examples to prove how great Tom is but it’s necessary. Where on company gave up and left us stranded, he came in with a solution (that didn’t include me having to assist) I wish that I could tell you how big of a deal it was to find him. HIGLY RECOMMENDED
