Advanced Carpet Cleaning

This business is great at communicating and doing exactly what they promised. I saw they've been in business since 1982 and I can see why. The owner and his sons really helped me out.

Called them to get my dryer vent cleaned out. They were here the next morning. They notice my roof vent was installed incorrectly and not allowing the air to flow out the roof properly. They corrected the problem with the roof vent for no extra charge. Two very friendly and joyful guys. I enjoyed interacting with them.

I literally had an appointment to buy new carpets but called Advanced to get dog accident cleaned up till carpets could be replaced.They came right away. Cleaned and sterilized and my carpets look brand new. This is after my attempts to clean with wrong product. I cannot say enough good things.Polite, respectful of my home, and just plain kind and nice people.
