I had a great experience with Appliance Guardian. I called to schedule an appointment because my dryer broke. Matthew scheduled me immediately for the next day and told me he might be able to fit me in that same day, and he’d let me know. I explained over the phone what was going on and he was very knowledgeable. He was very busy, traveling all over, but he communicated via text his ETA, which was very helpful. When he came into my home, he was professional and quick! I feel like the cost for the actual repair was fair. I would definitely recommend Appliance Guardian and will use them again if needed.

This company’s owner still ascribes to and provides CUSTOMER SERVICE. He is prompt, professional and does what he says. It is difficult to find good service, but great service is what you will find with this company/owner.
