I contacted A1 to rekey 4 locks in a building I just purchased in Coleman. They added me to their schedule for the next day and despite the massive thunderstorm that morning, Michael showed up on time and ready to solve my lock issues. I mis-counted the locks and he had to do 2 extra locks. He was exceptionally friendly, all locks worked smoothly with the new keys, and he left no mess behind. I would recommend A1 to anyone needing their door locks rekeyed by a professional and skilled locksmith.
My key fob was acting up and my car locked while it was running! I called and he was tied up and I was told it would be a little while. He showed up much quicker than I anticipated and had it unlocked in under 5 minutes! I would highly recommend! Thank you so much, you saved the day!
Hello. Understand folks, the gentleman that comes to your rescue is a human being. He takes a lunch break, some times busy driving, and has the same issues with email and text that the rest of us have. Sometimes our cell phones are not so handy. Most are a one or two persons behind the business number you dial. Message in, message out to lock smith - and he may be very busy with a several hour help call. Like mine! I let the battery die on my front door smart lock, and could not get into my house. Plenty of spare keys, all in the house my bad.
