Joe Becerra, at Petalos For Hair, is the absolute BEST !! I have been to 11–Different Hairstylists in the last 7-years (after my Hairstylists of 10 years moved away) and I never found anyone that could color / highlight / cut my hair as I wanted; UNTIL YESTERDAY!! Yesterday, was my first appointment with Joe Becerra at Petalos For Hair Salon in Brownsville, Texas!! First, the Salon is decorated so beautifully; they make you so comfortable and are so welcoming.
