Cecil gave me the BEST haircut I’ve ever had!!!!! I usually have a hard time finding someone to cut my hair well as I do have extremely straight and thin hair but with his 40+ years of experience he absolutely KILLED it!!!! This is my favorite haircut I’ve ever gotten and will be returning!!! I highly recommend Cecil!
