There are not enough stars available to rate Lakeway the way they deserve. There are very few contractors I trust and only one I just absolutely LOVE, and that's Lakeway. Who loves their AC repair company? In Texas, when it's 100+ degrees and you have a unit down and they show up same day to fix it...that will generate some love. And it's not just one time or one person. It's all of them all the time. Year after year.
If you're looking for HVAC work don't waste your time looking anywhere else. You won't find anyone close to as good as Lakeway.
Raelynn at Lakeway is awesome! Our AC completely stopped working, mid day on a hot August day. It got hot in our house fast. Because they were unable to promptly get a tech out to take a look, she was kind enough to help my husband troubleshoot the problem. She basically diagnosed the part that needed replacing over the phone, told him where to go to purchase it, and lo and behold, she was right. My husband was able to get our AC back up and running in less than two hours, and that included the time to drive into town to get the part. We are very satisfied with Lakeway’s service. They scheduled promptly and arrived on time. Reasonable cost and they stand by their parts & labor. Will recommend to all our neighbors.
